The Role

We're looking for a Community Manager who will build and lead Fisco's growing ecosystem of vendors, SME owners, accountants, and business professionals. This isn't a social media management job. You'll be building a movement — a space where Nigerian business owners come to learn, connect, and grow — with Fisco at the centre of it.

You'll be the voice of Fisco's community, the architect of its culture, and the bridge between our users and our product team. Whether a member found us as a vendor or an SME owner, they all belong to one unified ecosystem — and you'll be the person who makes it worth showing up to.

What You'll Do

Community Building

• Recruit and onboard the first 500 founding members across both platforms — vendors, SME owners, accountants, and consultants
• Build and manage active community spaces (WhatsApp or equivalent) tailored to each audience
• Design the onboarding experience so every new member understands the value of the community from day one
• Seed conversations, facilitate connections, and keep engagement high — especially in the early days when the community is still finding its feet

Content & Programming

• Create and run a weekly content calendar — SME tips, vendor spotlights, finance guides, member Q&As
• Organise live events, webinars, and virtual workshops around topics that matter to vendors and SME owners (cash flow, invoicing, tax, growth)
• Surface member stories and wins as case studies and social content
• Work with the product team to translate community feedback into product improvements
